Mark C. Perlberg
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Perlberg has been the President and CEO of Oasis Outsourcing since October 2003. Throughout his career, Mr. Perlberg has demonstrated outstanding leadership and sales strategy development across a wide array of industries, including business services, utilities and financial institutions. After beginning his career as a business litigation attorney, Mr. Perlberg co-founded and was a key architect in growing a utility bill payment processing business and negotiating its sale to Western Union, where he spent six years in management roles with rapidly expanding responsibilities. Mr. Perlberg later spent four years as an officer of the John Harland Company. Prior to joining Oasis Outsourcing, Mr. Perlberg was the Chief Operating Officer of PRG-Schultz, the world's leading recovery audit firm. At PRG-Schultz, Mr. Perlberg planned and successfully implemented key growth strategies, including creating and leading an integrated sales, operations, IT and client service platform.
Mr. Perlberg is a magna cum laude graduate of both the University of Rochester, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and Boston College Law School, where he was named a member of Order of the Coif (top 10%).
Terry Mayotte
Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mayotte has been Oasis Outsourcing's Chief Financial Officer since its inception (1996) and has been a key architect of the Company's business model and strategic direction. Prior to joining Oasis, Mr. Mayotte was Treasurer of The Wackenhut Corporation. As Treasurer, he supervised Wackenhut's banking and cash operations, M&A, risk management and tax activities. During his tenure at Oasis Outsourcing, Mr. Mayotte oversaw the building of the Company's technology platform. He installed the company's financial systems and controls and supervised the negotiation of key supplier relationships, such as Aetna, for the Company's principal group health insurance and Zurich Financial for the Company's Workers' Compensation programs.
Mr. Mayotte received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Emory University.
Mike Viola
Executive Vice President of Sales
Mr. Viola, a successful industry veteran, joined Oasis Outsourcing at its inception in 1996 and was instrumental in building the Company's sales, marketing, and client service platform. Prior to joining Oasis Outsourcing, he was the #1 performing Regional Sales Manager at Paychex Business Solutions, where he drove unprecedented PEO Sales.
Before joining Paychex, Viola had a successful career in banking, serving as Vice President of Corporate Banking for both Citicorp and Sun Trust. Mr. Viola currently has responsibility for new client acquisition and sales force training and development. He is also actively involved in developing several new markets to further expand the company's national footprint.
Mr. Viola received a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree from Stetson University.

Ruth Trezevant Cyrus
Vice President of Marketing
Ms. Cyrus was named Oasis Outsourcing's Vice President of Marketing in February of 2005. Ms. Cyrus brings more than 20 years of experience to Oasis, most recently serving as Director of Small Business Marketing -
Prior to Office Depot, she led successful strategic marketing programs for Rexall Sundown and Tyco/Sensormatic Electronics. Ms. Cyrus has developed Oasis Outsourcing's marketing programs which provide increased focus on key industry segments to help drive sales. Her responsibilities include New Product Development, Website Optimization, Partnership Development, Public Relations and Advertising.
Ms. Cyrus holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Pace University.
The Oasis Outsourcing Management Team is comprised of PEO industry veterans and functional experts in a variety of disciplines. With nearly 150 years of combined experience, the team has been assembled to provide the vision and expertise required to provide the highest level of service obsession in the industry.
